Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address.
Profile Information: Company name, trade type, phone number, and logo that you provide during onboarding.
Proposal Data: Job descriptions, customer names, addresses, and pricing information you enter when generating proposals.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including proposals generated, pages visited, and feature usage.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; generate proposals based on your input; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (login links, receipts); improve the Service based on usage patterns; and communicate important updates about the Service.
When you generate a proposal, your job description and related information is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic/Claude) for processing. This data is used solely to generate your proposal and is not used to train AI models. We do not share your proposal content with other users.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to essential personnel only.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
We retain your account data and proposal history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your proposal data; and opt out of non-essential communications.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (if used) are privacy-friendly and do not track you across other websites.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
