By accessing or using BidSnap ("the Service"), operated by BidSnap ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BidSnap is an AI-powered proposal generation tool for contractors and trade professionals. The Service generates professional proposals based on user-provided job descriptions using artificial intelligence. Proposals are generated for informational and business purposes and should be reviewed by the user before sending to clients.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
BidSnap offers a free tier (limited to 3 proposals per month) and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive proposals; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; share your account credentials with others; use automated tools to abuse the free tier; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
Proposals generated by BidSnap are created using artificial intelligence and are intended as drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before sending it to clients. BidSnap does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any generated proposal. You should not rely on AI-generated proposals as legal or financial advice.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (company information, job descriptions, etc.). You own the proposals generated for you through the Service. BidSnap retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIDSNAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BidSnap from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your proposals, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
